All Dealer Pros service personnel are led by one of our Location Managers who is the dealership's direct on-site manager. The Location Manager will be the point of contact for the Service Director, Service Manager and Service Advisors. He is always in direct contact with Dealer Pro’s Director of Operations and Ownership. The Location Manager must possess at least three years of experience in valet or dealership operations.
Our Service Lane Greeters are the first impression of your dealership and provide a luxury-level experience as soon as your customers step out of their vehicles. Our experienced and knowledgeable staff can assist with any questions your customers may have. They direct or escort your customers to a Service Advisor to provide a positive impression of your business. Our Greeters will also check-in each customer and inspect/photograph every vehicle that enters the service drive. From opening every door and carrying every bag, our Greeters anticipate every customer’s needs.
Our Service Drive Attendants know how to manage an influx of cars and keep the service drive organized. Using a mapped-out lot plan, our attendants are able to maximize all available parking space to ensure safety and security.

Our Service Shuttle Drivers provide a luxury experience to make your customers as comfortable as possible. From pickup to drop off, safety is our number one priority. We are able to track our driver's location via GPS as well as track their speed and driving/braking ability each time they leave the premises. Each driver has an impeccable driving record and realizes the importance of putting the customer first.
Our Sales & Service Porters provide dealer swap services, customer vehicle pick up and drop off, loaner vehicle pick up and drop off, parts delivery and pick up, PDI and inventory transport. We are able to track our porter’s location via GPS as well as track their speed and driving/braking ability each time they leave the premises.
Our Porters also organize the new and used car lots as well as maintain license plate frames and covers.
Our Showroom Valet Attendants open every door and greet every guest with a smile and warm welcome. They are well mannered, courteous, respectful and sensitive to each customer and offer assistance upon entering and leaving your facility. We provide our clients with dedicated employees who are determined to provide your guests with the five-star experience they deserve.
